Tom Bennardo
Founder & Principal
Since entering the construction industry in 2009, Tom has built his career from the ground up, advancing through operations divisions and establishing himself as a trusted estimator and procurement leader. Tom was previously a Partner and Vice President of Estimating and Procurement at Keystone Builders Group, where he oversaw all estimating and purchasing, with a particular focus on budgeting and pre-construction strategy. Tom brings a rare combination of technical precision and personal investment to every project he is involved in, ensuring clients maintain full confidence in their budget throughout the design process. His meticulous approach lays the groundwork for smooth, well-informed transitions from design into construction.
Tom founded JT Hudson in 2026, where he now serves as Principal, drawing on his industry expertise to deliver the same rigor and precision for every client.
