Tom Bennardo
Principal
Since entering the industry in 2009, Tom has built his career from the ground up — advancing through operations and mastering the discipline of estimating and procurement, and is now bringing that expertise to clients directly.
Prior to JT Hudson, Tom served as Partner and Vice President of Estimating and Procurement at Keystone Builders Group, where he led all estimating and purchasing functions with a sharp focus on budgeting, pre-construction, and construction strategy. That experience shaped his leadership philosophy: technical precision paired with personal investment in every project.
Today, Tom brings that same rigor to every corner of JT Hudson's operations, upholding client confidence at every phase of a project — from the earliest design conversations through the final walkthrough.
